Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SiteScore AI. By creating an account or running a scan you agree to them.

The service

SiteScore AIruns automated audits of websites: trust signals, SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals and AI visibility, with suggested fixes. Results are measured from your live site at scan time; checks that cannot run are reported as "couldn't verify" and excluded from scoring.

Acceptable use

• Only scan websites you own or are authorized to audit (e.g. a client's site with their permission).
• Don't use the service to disrupt, overload or probe sites for vulnerabilities, or to circumvent our rate limits.
• Don't resell raw access to the service without an Agency plan.

Plans and billing

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly through ZetuPay / Stripe. You can manage your subscription from the dashboard; access is updated when ZetuPay reports a cancellation or failed payment. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

No guarantees about outcomes

Audit results, scores and fix suggestions are provided "as is". They reflect automated measurements and AI analysis, not professional legal, security or marketing advice. A high score does not guarantee rankings, and we are not liable for decisions made based on your report.

Your content

You retain all rights to your websites and data. You grant us permission to fetch and analyze pages you submit, and to store the resulting reports for you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
