Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
SiteScore AI("we", "us") audits websites for trust, SEO, performance and AI visibility. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain language.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address when you sign up or sign in (via magic link or Google OAuth).
- Scan data: the URLs you submit, the publicly available content of those pages, and the audit results we generate from them.
- Billing data: handled entirely by ZetuPay / Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we store only your subscription tier and ZetuPay customer reference.
- Usage basics: IP-based rate-limiting counters to prevent abuse of free scans. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the audits you request and show you the results.
- To send scheduled re-scan reports if you enable them.
- To operate billing, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data.
Services we rely on
Parts of the service are provided by third-party processors: Supabase (database and authentication), ZetuPay / Stripe (payments), Google PageSpeed Insights (performance data), Anthropic and/or OpenAI (AI analysis of scanned pages), Resend (transactional email) and DataForSEO (keyword metrics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — the session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Scan results are kept so you can track your score over time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing quickwavesolutionshub@gmail.com, and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us and we will help.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
