If you're not happy with your first Pro or Agency subscription payment, email quickwavesolutionshub@gmail.comwithin 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the service since the renewal, contact us and we'll usually refund the most recent charge as a courtesy.

Cancelling

You can manage billing from the dashboard (Dashboard → Manage billing). Your plan access is updated when ZetuPay reports a cancellation or failed payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via ZetuPay / Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
